ACCOMODATION

Our modern equipped apartment (58 sqm) offers enough space for max. 2 persons and has a bedroom with a box spring bed (180cm x 200cm), a living room with dining area, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room.

The apartment is located on the south side of the house on the ground floor garden level and has a small terrace with access to the garden, which can be shared. Due to the south facing position and the view into the garden, the apartment has a bright and friendly atmosphere, which invites you to relax. The apartment has a covered carport and a separate access, which can be reached via a staircase to the garden.

In front of the house is a parking lot that can be used free of charge.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Sorry, but we can not accommodate pets.

• TV (satellite), stereo, DVD player, telephone, wireless Internet access, safe, electric shutters.
  
• Sufficient crockery and cooking utensils, fridge / freezer combination, stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo Pad), a basic selection of cleaning utensils, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and vacuum cleaner.
  
• Sufficient bedding, bed linen, towels and bathrobes for 2 people, toiletries, hair dryer, first aid kit.
  
• Garden accessories and garden lounger, kettle grill (Weber) with grill cutlery.
