To make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, the rental prices include all utilities and ....
- A weekly cleaning (from 8 days) with towels + bed linen change (every 14 days)
- Initial supply of bed linen and towels for 2 persons, cosmetics and tea and coffee making facilities
- Telephone flatrate in the landline and mobile network of Germany, in the landline network of all EU countries as well as USA, Canada and Australia, WLAN and Internet connection
- Free parking in front of the house and on the carport
- EXTRA: For short stays, you can choose from a variety of chilled drinks (extra charge)

- Shared use of washing machine and dryer
- Transfer to train station and airport (self-payer)
